About Us
Lancet Laboratories Zimbabwe delivers high-quality, ISO15189:2022-accredited pathology services across the country. Renowned for professionalism, innovation, and advanced technology, our Blakiston Street laboratory (SADCAS MED082) provides testing in cytology, histology, haematology, microbiology, serology, chemistry, endocrinology, and molecular PCR.
Following a successful merger with Clinical Laboratories, we are proud to be part of the Cerba Lancet Africa group, strengthening diagnostic excellence through regional integration.
ISO Accreditation
To deliver consistent quality at every level of our business, the Lancet Zimbabwe Quality Assurance team works hard to achieve and maintain SADCAS accreditation throughout its structure, adhering to the highest international criteria set out according to ISO Standard 15189:2022 (MED 082)

For Our Patients
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Department is made up of the following sections:
- Billing
- Contact Centre (i.e. the Call Centre)
- Banking/Cash office
- Communications and Customer complaints
- Support
The AR department is responsible for billing, submission of claims to medical schemes/administrators and receipting of monies and allocation thereof for all accounts pertaining to services rendered to our patients.
Our main goal is to ensure that we have long-lasting relationships with our customers by ensuring that the billing is done accurately, all claims are submitted timeously to the medical aids and all monies are allocated to patients’ accounts as and when they are received. To this end we ensure that our staff are up-skilled by providing training on a continuous basis.
